The artwork of Herschel fall

My artwork is composed of five bodies of work: Abstract, Sport’s, Automotive, Toys and Still life. I try to bring two of them together in every painting. For me, as an artist, my work is influenced by the world and energy around me. As I try to bring this out in every painting, I love to give the feeling of movement and energy, in all of my work. One of the ways I do this is with the use of very warm colors. They seem to provide the energy that I am looking for in my work.

Mama's Cutting Board

Hello Ladies and Gents. I hope every one is enjoying these last couple of weeks of summer. I know we have been the wetter is absolutely fantastic here in IN. Well with it being close to the end of summer and every ones grading is about ready to harvest. I thought it would be a good time to do a still life with that in mind. This piece was a lot of fun to do with its bright colors you can all most pick the peppers right off the canvas. This piece is an 11x14, acrylic on canvas titled Mama’s cutting Board.
