The artwork of Herschel fall

My artwork is composed of five bodies of work: Abstract, Sport’s, Automotive, Toys and Still life. I try to bring two of them together in every painting. For me, as an artist, my work is influenced by the world and energy around me. As I try to bring this out in every painting, I love to give the feeling of movement and energy, in all of my work. One of the ways I do this is with the use of very warm colors. They seem to provide the energy that I am looking for in my work.

Swimbait

Hello every one, well with it being Jan. and colder then hell out side. I thought it would be a good time to just spend time in my studio working. After last weekend redoing my art studio with new flooring and moving every thing around. I spent this weekend working on a new piece. This one is part of my sports series. It is an 11x14 Acrylic on Canvas titled Swimbait. I just love all the colors in this fishing lures and could paint them all day long.
